How Did The Christianization Of Europe Affect Literary Traditions?
I’m working on a research paper, and this is my topic.
This is my thesis statement:
The Christianization of Europe affected literary traditions by intertwining new Christian beliefs with old pagan traditions, making literature less for entertainment purposes and more for teaching Christian doctrine, and by reflecting the power of the church.
