Optimize The Use Of Space In Your Mailroom
With any medium to large business, the problems of post distribution can become daunting. Ineffective mailroom design and implementation can tie up valuable manpower, lead to poor quality of service and result in your business suffering as a consequence.
When planning your office layout, it is well worth your time and effort to plan strategic mail distribution so that your systems run seamlessly week in week out. You need to have adequate systems and processes in place so that in the event of sickness, a temporary employee can step into the role and ensure an uninterrupted mail delivery to every department of your company.
When designing your mailroom, you will want to consider any future expansion plans in order to save yourself unnecessary future expense. If your business is growing at 10% per year, building a mailroom that can only manage the current number of employees is a very short term and indeed costly practice. By forecasting growth five years ahead, you can instantly build in that capacity to your mailroom, allowing that expansion to be seamless.
It is also important to make sure that you choose the right equipment for your mailroom. This might sound obvious, but so many times equipment is chosen purely because Its what we had at my last company and it worked there. Every companies mail needs will vary, as different companies receive and send different types of mail. Some companies send only small letters, others send mostly parcels. The type of mail trolleys, racking etc that you equip your mail room with depend upon this information.
Having a good mailroom design means that your mailroom can run efficiently and reliably, using the least amount of employees possible and handle the optimum amount of mail as possible. If you begin to have problems with your mailroom, for example it falling to pieces when a key employee takes time off or it hindering your delivery process, then it may be time to reconsider the layout of your mailroom to regain some efficiency.
It is important not to overlook your mail delivery systems as can sometimes happen. Effective mail delivery is vital for your business to operate at peak performance, if you have employees waiting for mail that could have arrived sooner then the cost implications can soon start to affect your bottom line.

Reasons To Get A Wooden Door For Your Garage
A wooden garage door can be a great purchase for anyone who is looking to make a house look a little bit more traditional and stylish. The garage door takes up a lot of space on the front of the house, and therefore there goes a long way to deciding what kind of image people get of your house. If your garage door looks great, it could help the rest of your house look good people too.
Buying a wooden garage door can be a great way to immediately make your house look better. Everyone wants their house to look as good as it can, whether it is to increase the value or simply to get more admiring looks from the neighbours. Buying a wooden garage door can make a big difference to the way your house is viewed.
If you are living in a very modern house, then you need to decide whether a wooden garage door will fit. In most cases it will, as long as you choose the right kind of style for your house and neighbourhood.
Do the rest of the houses in your area use a wooden garage door? If they don’t, then buying a wooden one could be a great way to stand out, and if they all do have a wooden door then it may be a good idea for you to get one too so that you can match the rest of the neighbourhood.
If you don’t have the funds to buy a wooden door then there are always other options, such as buying a fake wooden door or even steel one if it will fit well with the style of your home, as they are usually much cheaper.
The most important thing is that you get a new garage door that is right for you, so for that reason you should spend a lot of time looking for the right one. Doing a bit of research can go a long way when buying a big item such as a new door.

Polynesian tattoo designs come in two specific and different types, The first of these is called Etua. A spiritual and religious significance is tied to the Etua. In addition they offer defense against deities through their alleged magical properties.
While the style Enata can be described as the natural designs which describe the person their identity and status. Among them are the social status rank, island of descent, career choice and background.
Polynesian tattoo designs have symbols that mean the following:
Shark teeth: This tattoo means to protect. Firstly, shark teeth are symbolic of protection.
The turtle is a universal icon of longevity and fruitfulness.
Shells – Shells are a symbol of prosperity to the Polynesian people and it is possible that they were used as the earliest form of currency.
Sharks designs are a symbol that is very sacred. In Polynesia shark tattoos are considered to offer safety in the face of threats.
Gecko – It is believed that the gecko has powers of a supernatural nature and are feared but also held in awe by the Polynesians. One type of superstition is that a green gecko laughing will bring bad luck and poor health.
Tiki gods are typically depicted with their eyes shut. This is because Tiki is able to smell trouble before it is seen.
The people of the Polynesian islands are spread far and wide. The cook islands, Samoa , Tonga, Easter island , Tahiti, French Polynesia and even Hawaii have a Polynesian heritage. The people across these islands developed into their own distinct cultures over thousands of years.
It is quite interesting to recognize the similarities between cultures in the art of tattoo designs. Well Polynesian tattoos of today don’t mean much today if anything people love them only for their design rather than magical protection or a status statement.
