Why Is Turbotax Telling Me To File A State Tax Return In Florida?

I may be mistaken, but usually Turbotax doesn’t ask me to purchase/file a state tax return. I’ve used Turbotax for years to file my taxes. Am I missing something? There is no state income tax in Florida, unless that changed recently. Any other idea why it would tell me that (glitch)?

Something like this used to happen in the US in pre-civil war times. Slaves used to flee to northern states and claim sanctuary. What if you considered yourself a victim of a state law that was not national policy? Has anyone tried to do this?
